We put all permanent and temporary candidates through a structured screening process which includes phone screening, in-person interviews, testing, verifications, and references.  Our recruiting team personally handles all references and asks questions directly related to the skills relevant to your position.  Each applicant's skills are tested using Proveit by Kenexa - we can provide testing on over 300 software programs as well as variety of specialized skills including accounting, legal, international, health care, and technical.  At the client's request, we will perform applicant background checks.
