Diana
Ford is Principal and Co-Founder of The Ford Agency.
Diana has spent over thirty years in
the staffing
industry in
Washington, DC. After graduating from the
University of Maryland, Diana began
her career at a
local
staffing agency. Six years
later, she and Barbara Pisarra co-founded The Ford
Agency.
Diana focuses on recruiting and screening administrative
professionals for the legal, corporate,
and
non-profit
arenas. Throughout her career, Diana has matched
top talent with the
right organization.
Her expertise and ethical
approach to the
business is well-known throughout the DC metropolitan
area,
and has earned
her the respect of both clients and candidates.
Diana is an active
member of The National Association of Women Business
Owners, the Women Business
Executives and the Small Business
Association. She lives in Potomac, MD with her
husband and
three children;
Brett, a recent graduate
of Villanova University,
Devin, a Senior at Boston College
and Amanda, a senior at
Churchill High School.
Barbara Pisarra,
Principal
Barbara Pisarra is
Principal and Co-Founder of The Ford Agency.
Barbara has worked in the
placement and recruiting field
for the last three decades.
Her practice specializes in the legal, non-
profit,
corporate, and government sectors. Barbara is committed to serving
candidates and client
needs; she is actively involved in
every step of the recruiting process. Barbara has
successfully
filled hundreds of position with prestigious organizations in the
DC metropolitan area.
Barbara spends her
free time volunteering with the Whitman Walker Clinic and is
involved in several local
trade associations. She also sits on the
board of Ergonetics, LLC, a company that specializes in
ergonomically designed office furniture and computer accessories
for a safe and healthy workplace.
Barbara is a native
Washingtonian and lives in Chevy Chase, MD with her family.
JESSICA DAVIS,
Manager of Temporary Services
Jessica Davis serves as Manager of Temporary Services
and
joined The Ford Agency in 1999.
With over eight
years in the
staffing industry, Jessica has extensive experience in
temporary, temporary
to
hire, and permanent placements.
Jessica handles
the recruitment, placement, and management of the
temporary associates and works closely with clients to
understand their organization's needs. Jessica is
a
graduate of the University of Maryland at College
Park, with a BS in Government & Politics and lives in
DC
with her husband.
Sarah
McDaniel,
Recruiter
Sarah McDaniel joined The Ford Agency's permanent
division in 2006, focusing her efforts on the
screening, recruiting, and placement of professionals in
the legal, corporate and non-profit fields.
Sarah's
professional background includes legal staffing,
athletic facilities management and event coordination.
Sarah is an Arizona State University graduate with B.S.
degrees in both Marketing and Management.
She resides in Maryland with her husband.
TRICIA PLACIDO,
Recruiter
Tricia Placido joined The Ford Agency in 2005 as a
Recruiter in the Temporary Services Division.
Tricia focuses her work on screening and placing
candidates in temporary and temporary to hire positions
in the legal, corporate, and non-profit fields.
Tricia's background includes legal staffing, human
resources,
attorney recruiting
as well as freelance writing. A graduate of
Skidmore College with a BA in English
Literature and a minor in Early Modern European History,
Tricia resides in DC.
ANN SHOWELL,
Recruiter
Ann Showell joined
The Ford Agency in 2005. Ann focuses her work on screening and
recruiting direct
hire professionals for positions in legal,
corporate, and non-profit fields. Ann's professional
experience includes promotions and marketing as well as client
services in the retail and restaurant
industry.
Ann holds a BA in
Communication from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Ann resides in Washington, DC.
